This Vineyard is the highest in the region sitting at 790m above sea level and lies over a cap of basalt rock, known as blue metal. The white varieties are Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Viognier. The reds are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit. |

St Maur Estate
