About this tour

Your friendly Kenny Escapes Wine Tour driver/host will pick you up from a location of your choice in the Sydney area.   After departing Sydney, your wine tour will take you to a High Tea and Wine Tour experience only 1 hour away from Sydney in the scenic and charming country town of Bowral.  If you’re looking for a unique birthday celebration, corporate event or have been searching for fun and interesting High Tea Sydney experiences or Hens Party ideas, then this is the perfect day out for you and your friends or colleagues. 

Once you depart from Sydney we will start the day wine tasting at two different Southern Highlands Wineries.   Some of our favourites are Bendooley Estate, Centennial Vineyard and Southern Highlands Winery.  

The wineries and venues you visit are chosen based on our knowledge and many years of experience coordinating tours and it also depends on venue availability at the time of booking.

When you complete your  SYDNEY HIGH TEA – WINE TOUR BOOKING FORM there is a section for you to nominate your preferred venues.  If you don’t mind where you head to (as long as it’s amazing of course), then leave it up to us and we will use our knowledge and experience to coordinate a great day!

Also included in your wine tour is a cheese and produce platter served with one of your wine tasting experiences. 

After tasting some of the Southern Highlands finest drops, we will head to the exquisite Milton Park Estate for your High Tea Experience. From the moment you start the drive along Milton Park Estate’s stunning driveway you will feel like you are in a movie scene.

The scenery, architecture and heritage at Milton Park has to be seen to be believed.  The estate offers breathtaking views to the horizon in every direction over gardens that are arguably Australia’s finest and that have inspired painters and writers since the early 1800’s.

At Milton Park you will be treated to a range of sweet and savoury treats, and a pot of tea of course! All of this will be served to you in a beautiful historic setting*, making it a very unique and unforgettable experience.

On this Sydney High Tea and Wine Tour you will enjoy award-winning wine, cheese and local produce. You will hear from passionate wine professionals about their boutique local wines, get tasting tips and discover for yourself what makes this region so unique.

*Option to substitute 1 winery for a brewery/beer tasting - please note when booking the tour. * Please note High Tea at a Winery venue is subject to availability at the time of booking. If a High Tea is unavailable at a winery venue on your preferred date, a suitable venue will be sourced.

Tour prices per person*

  • $279 pp -Bookings for less than 10 people may be joined up with other guests. - minimum guest number requirements for tour to run apply. For a private charter you must book for 10 or more guests.
*10% surcharge for Sunday tours and 15% public holidays applies. Tour times vary vary slightly depending on the size of your group and exact departure location. Additional charges may apply for departure locations outside of Sydney CBD.

Optional upgrades

  • Additional hours of private charter are available upon request.
  • For groups of over 24 guests there will be an additional fee to cover the hire cost of a private room for you High Tea at Milton Park
